Ex-Man United star Bobby Power dies after cancer battle aged 40

Ex-Manchester United star Bobby Power has died following a battle with pancreatic  cancer   aged 40.  T h e footballer passed away at Dr Kershaw's Hospice in Oldham just two weeks after marrying his childhood sweetheart, Jemma Power-Bliss, in front of friends and family on Valentine's Day.  The sportsman also left behind his three daughters Loren, 20, Kaitlyn, 19, and 12-year-old Heidi.  Bobby was a youth player at Manchester United in the 1990s, before more recently gaining a huge following on social media as a motivational fitness guru who enjoyed climbing outdoors. To do the arm swing exercise, stand with your arms hanging loosely by your sides. Rotate the upper body quickly to the left and to the right. The arms swing from side to side. Exhale briefly and forcefully on "sht" when the arms swing to the right. When the arms swing to the left, inhale. Repeat the exercise 10-50 times and then change sides.

Caused by stress, poor nutrition and sleepless nights developed "Tumor" ( abnormal growth of tissues that may or may not be cancerous) grow that may lead to cancer. Let me share about my personal experience of sudden grow of tumor at my bladder area. One fine day 🏙 ️, I felt a sudden pain at my waist that I never encounter. After checking, I realize a small red spot about 10mm, initially, it didn’t cross my mind that it is a tumor, but after just 1 day it grows to 20mm and spread to 30mm in third days.
